Do I need an account to place an order?
Not at all! You can check out as a guest anytime. However, creating a free Sparfury account lets you track orders in real time, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and be the first to hear about new arrivals and exclusive member promotions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us at support@sparfury.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. This email includes your order number, a summary of items purchased, and your estimated delivery window. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Will I be charged in a different currency?
All prices on Sparfury are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your bank account or card is in a different currency, your financial institution will apply their current exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any conversion fees are determined by your bank.
Do you offer installment or buy-now-pay-later options?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Please note that processing time (1–3 business days) is separate from transit time. We'll always send you a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your delivery. You can also log into your Sparfury account to view real-time order status.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Shipping addresses can only be updated before an order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@sparfury.com if you need to make a change. We recommend using a permanent residential address to avoid delivery complications.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Sparfury ships to many countries worldwide. International delivery times and fees vary by destination. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Perishable items such as pet food and treats are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email us at support@sparfury.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please contact us at support@sparfury.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
