📦 Orders & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select your size and color, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@sparfury.com if you need to make changes.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
A: Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate email with your tracking information.

Q: How do I find my size?
A: We recommend referring to the size guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.
Q: Do your clothes run true to size?
A: Most of our styles run true to size. However, fit can vary by style and fabric. We always recommend checking the specific size guide and product notes on each item's page.
Q: What if the item doesn't fit when it arrives?
A: We offer exchanges for a different size within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Available countries will be shown at checkout. For specific inquiries, please contact us at support@sparfury.com.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Q: What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Q: How should I care for my garments?
A: Care instructions are printed on the label inside each garment. We generally recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry to preserve the fabric and shape.
Q: Are your fabrics tested for safety?
A: Yes. Each item has undergone multiple quality checks and fabric tolerance tests to ensure comfort and safety for everyday wear.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: We do restock popular styles from time to time. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or contact us to express your interest.
