🐾 Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
At Sparfury, we want every pet parent to shop with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Contact Our Support Team
Email us at support@sparfury.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Please do not send any items back before receiving authorization from our team.
Receive Return Instructions
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back safely.
Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Use a trackable shipping method to send your return. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
📸 Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@sparfury.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
❌ Wrong Item Received
We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong product. Please contact us at support@sparfury.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item immediately and arrange return of the incorrect one.
⚠️ Defective Products
If a product develops a defect within 14 days of delivery, please reach out with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We stand behind the quality of every item we sell and will make it right.
📦 Item Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if items are missing from your package, please contact us at support@sparfury.com with your order number and a description of what is missing. Our team will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either by reshipping the missing item or issuing a refund.
🐾 Want a Different Size or Color?
We currently process exchanges as a return and a new order. To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item following the steps above, and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you and your pet. If you need help with sizing or product selection before reordering, our team is happy to assist at support@sparfury.com.
