All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error.

- We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5. Orders & Fulfillment
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is shipped.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
- We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping
We ship from our warehouse located. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

13. Restricted Regions — Sanctioned Countries & Territories
Sparfury / Honga Inc does not sell, ship, or provide products or services to individuals, entities, or destinations located in countries or territories subject to comprehensive trade sanctions imposed by the United States government or other applicable authorities.
We do not accept orders from or ship to the following sanctioned regions, including but not limited to:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
- Syria
- Russia
- Belarus
- Any other country, region, or territory subject to U.S. OFAC comprehensive sanctions or equivalent restrictions under applicable law
In addition, we do not transact with individuals or entities that appear on any U.S. government restricted-party list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the BIS Entity List, or the Denied Persons List.
Any order placed from a sanctioned region or by a restricted party will be automatically cancelled. If payment has been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, or the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, operating from, or acting on behalf of any sanctioned country, territory, or restricted party listed above.
