Standard Insured Shipping

Our most popular option. Your order is fully insured against loss or damage in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost — provided sufficient evidence is submitted.

Expedited Insured Shipping

Need it sooner? Expedited shipping moves your order to the front of our dispatch queue and uses faster carrier routes. Your order is also fully insured. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Sending a gift to a fellow pet lover? Select our gift packaging option at checkout. Your order will arrive beautifully wrapped with a personalized message card — no pricing information included.

Tracking by Email

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Track via Your Account

Log into your Sparfury account and navigate to "My Orders" to view real-time shipping updates for all your purchases in one convenient place.

Tracking Activation Delay

Please allow 3–7 business days after receiving your tracking number for the system to update with live location data. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Multiple packages: Some orders containing items from different warehouse locations may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. This is completely normal and your full order is on its way!
🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of the country of origin, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are determined by your country's regulations and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sparfury has no control over these fees and is unable to predict or cover them. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you have concerns.

Customs delays: Sparfury is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country. In rare cases, customs holds can extend delivery times beyond our standard estimates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Modifying Your Order

Need to update your shipping address or make changes? Contact us at support@sparfury.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify shipments.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at support@sparfury.com with your order number and photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Sparfury is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
